Yummy ramen in Santa Clara. Was surprised there was a crowd at 3pm on Memorial Day Monday but we didn't have to wait too long to get seated as a party of 2. They also have online reservations available as well as a paper wait-list. We also like ordering the crispy chicken, and crispy tuna sides.

HiroNori is a really great choice is you want a good Tonkotsu ramen. Everything was executed really well when I visited. The broth had a lot of depth in its flavor and was really well balanced; not overly fatty nor salty. The chashu was the star for me. The slices were thick, with a nice texture and flavor all the way through. There was a good ratio of fat and lean meat. I suspect that the restaurant Sous-vide their meats before searing in order to give it a nice caramelized exterior, while maintaining the juicy texture. I wish I ordered extra slices. The other toppings were also well done (egg, onions, seaweed, etc.). I ordered my bowl of ramen with the thick noodles. Personally, I prefer my noodles thicker because I enjoy a chewier consistency. I also recommend their crispy chicken. I would definitely come back.

I made a resv here for dinner and Im glad I did because the inside is small and it was so busy. The inside is super bare, like it kind of looks like an empty warehouse? But it doesn't matter because the food was still delicious! We ordered and received our food quickly. I got the tonkatsu ramen with thin noodles. The broth has so much flavor and i love all the different toppings. The noodles are chewy and the egg is perfectly soft boiled. I also really like how the charsiu is crispy. I think this place is definitely worth trying once because it is one of the better ramen places Ive been to.

Wow this location is wayyyyyyy better than the one in Wolfe. I got the tonkutsu ramen. Very flavorful broth. Chasu is nicely grilled and well seasoned that I don't taste that "pork" smell. Servers are really nice and friendly. The only down side is the parking lot which has a 60 minutes parking limit. It may be hard to finish the ramen if there is a line waiting.

HiroNori has been on my list of places to try in the bay and I am so glad I finally got to try it! Overall, HiroNori provides delicious food and offers great and quick service. Everything I tried was great! Their tonkotsu may be one of my favorites in the bay. The broth was creamy and savory, the chashu melted in my mouth and had a good roasted flavor, and the marinated egg was jammy! The crispy rice with spicy tuna is a yummy appetizer. Everyone in my party who tried it loved it. I had a large party so we reserved in Yelp which I recommend as it looked like a lot of people were waiting. All the servers were kind and insightful! And food came quickly! Had a great time at HiroNori and I'm still thinking about their ramen now!

The foods they have are amazing, I recommend this restaurant if you want good food and to have a good time . I also got the cucumber salad and salmon Poké bowl.

My absolute favorite ramen place. I always get the tonkatsu ramen with extra 3 piece chashu. The pork chashu can be a hit or miss depending on the day, but if you get a good day, it is to die for. It melts in your mouth like butter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO RESERVE A TIME SLOT BEFORE ARRIVING
